*All bookings require a 3 hour minimum.

Our venue offers a comfortable and flexible space for your event. You must include both setup and tear-down in your total rental time, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare and wrap up smoothly.

Rental FAQ

  • We have 8 white 6 ft tables, 50 black chairs, and two special “guest of honor” chairs (one for an adult, one for a child) that are all available to you. We also have 3 black 4 ft rolling carts that can be used for food displays if needed. In addition, we also have 24 wooden stools.

  • Yes! We have a coat rack, reach in cooler, microwave, hand sink, prep space for a caterer, and the pass-through window has room for a full bar including 1-2 bartenders. There are 2 private bathrooms.

    The Space also includes bluetooth speakers, an 85" Samsung Frame TV, and customizable lighting on dimmers.

  • Your rental includes one hour of set up time.


  • You will have 30 minutes after your rental time to clean and lock up The Studio. Our guidelines for clean up are detailed in your contract and will be available on site as well as linked in the pdf below.

  • You will be sent a one time code to unlock the front door. Our event specialist will reach out to you prior to your event.


  • The answers to all of these questions will be provided in a Rental Booklet available on site for the day of your event. The TV has a usbC to HDMI adapter and is compatible w/ both Mac and Windows computers. It also has screen mirroring and Apple Airplay capabilities.


  • There will not be anyone on site during your rental period, but you may give us a call at (785)224-0333 during business hours (Monday-Saturday from 8am-4pm) if the need arises. Please try to have all your questions answered prior to your rental period.
